Inner protecting sleeve for upright barbell storage devices where you put the sleeve of the bar in to a metal pipe. Many cheaper or older storage devices do not have inner plastic sleeves to protect the metal on metal damage. This was specifically made to fit a bodysolid barbell storage pipe but is likely to fit many other brands. Source file attached in case it would be helpful.
