Barnett Bandit Crossbow - Foam Dart Mod

This is a printable track that will allow a Barnett Bandit toy crossbow to fire Nerf style foam darts. They track track simply slides onto the existing track and is held in place with friction at the front, making it easily removable. It works well with Nerf Elite style darts. The range is comparable to other single-plunger style blasters, but it is surprisingly accurate, and quiet. In the world of office warfare, it makes a great silent sniper weapon. As a side note, the Bandit crossbow fires the new Nerf Mega darts perfectly without the track. This makes the crossbow a nice variable-ammo blaster.http://youtu.be/fjki7n5gaz4 Instructions Printed in PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2 at medium quality. The track is broken into 2 pieces with small mortise and tenon joint for alignment and strength at the joint. I used a small amount of Plastruct to weld the joint. http://amzn.to/1ohFbvE If printed vertically as indicated in the stl files, it does not require any support. I also included the .skp files, so feel free to remix and improve.
