I had to create a replacement barrel adjuster for my son's old bike (12 inches wheel diameter). When printed on a ultimaker with PLA it fits an inner diameter of 6.55 mm due to shrinkage of PLA. The inner diameter of brake handles for larger bikes is usually larger so the model has to be scaled.
