Designed these braces to provide horizontal support in the Front Block's barrel socket on the CYMA PP-19 Bizon. One of the issues with the front block in this AEG is, due to the rivet locations, the socket for the outer barrel has large cutouts in the sides which make the barrel 'sloppy' even when properly tightened down. The solution I came up with is 2 small wedges that slip between the back of the outer barrel and the receiver which help lock the barrel in place and eliminate horizontal wobble. I purposely designed these wedges to be slightly too thick to fit right off the print bed - you will need to sand down the flat side that goes against the receiver until you achieve a perfect fit; the outer barrel should have no side-to-side play and both wedges should be tight enough that no glue etc is needed to hold them in place. The little cutout on the end of the wedge provides clearance for the rear rivet - see pictures. These can be installed without removing the outer barrel. If you have vertical barrel wobble on the PP19 I've found that a single layer of masking tape around the front of the barrel socket is usually sufficient to shim the Front Block and eliminate that as well. You will need 2 of these per AEG. Recommended printing w/ layer height 0.1mm, 1.2mm thick walls, 45% infill. To my knowledge the CYMA PP-19 is the only AEG that uses this front block design - If you are aware of any others please let us know!
