<p>This remix of <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/143296-barrel-coopers-puzzle-box">The Barrel Cooper's Puzzle Box</a> provides a cutaway display to show off the mechanisms involved with this tricky puzzle!</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/Is2-lcyS4F0"></oembed></figure><p><a href="https://youtu.be/Is2-lcyS4F0">https://youtu.be/Is2-lcyS4F0</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Printing and Assembly</h3><p>Printing and assembly is similar to the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/143296-barrel-coopers-puzzle-box">original project</a>.</p><p>The puzzle that this is based on required no supports when printing, but this cutaway view creates an extreme overhang above the hole that holds the cork in <strong>Shell Middle.stl</strong>.</p><p>You will need to either add supports to this area or use the provided <strong>Shell Middle With Custom Support.stl</strong> file. This custom support adds a removable plug that has 0.6mm of clearance from the hole it's supporting.</p><p>If you choose to use <strong>Shell Middle.stl</strong> and add your own supports, pay close attention to the vertical shaft below the overhang. Removing support material from that shaft is possible, but difficult.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
