I know... this is yet another organizer for the infamous TI4 but I felt like most of the existing ones had great ideas but none combined all the parts that I liked. So I went ahead and took inspiration from some other inlays and created mine from scratch using some of the ideas.

And yes!!! It does support sleeved cards!!! I sleeved mine with regular Docsmagic yellows (mini American). If you are using bigger/thicker sleeves let me know and I can check if it fits.

Here's what you need to print:
Player: Print 6, one for each player color. Contains all miniatures and cards for the color and can be used on the table to organize stuff. I added some additional spaces to put the tech cards, dice or other stuff.
Faction+Faction_Lid: Print 17 of each, one for each faction. It holds all faction tokens, cards and the home system. It also has a window to show the faction logo so you can easily pick it.
Hazards: Print 1 for the hazard (red back) tiles.
Systems+Systems_Lid: Print 1 for all the other system tiles.
Spacer: Print 1, this is just a spacer to fill unused space and keep the other stuff from shifting around. If you don't want to store it on the side or plan to carry it around a lot I guess you could also skip this one since it's quite big.
Cards: Print 1, this holds all the remaining cards for the game in this order: Planets / Objectives 1 / Objectives 2 / Secret Objectives / Agendas / Action.
Strategy: Print 1, it holds the strategy cards, Mecatol Rex and Speaker tokens.
Tokens: Print 1, it holds all the goods, fighter, and infantry tokens.
Dicetray: Print 1, this is another spacer in theory but I decided to keep the bottom and use it as a dice tray. I lined mine with some felt and it works quite well.

Let me know if you have any questions or issues.

The whole thing is optimized to be printed with a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.6mm layer height but of course smaller nozzles and layer height will work as well.

Inspiration for the inlay came mainly from:
Player Boxes: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2794454 by asuahsahua
Faction Boxes: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2807667 by gattomark and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2902772 by fallenwon
System and Hazard Boxes: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3649977 by pynej

Print instructions

Printer Brand: Creality

Printer: CR-10S

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.6

Infill: 0%

Notes:

Used a 0.8mm nozzle.
