This cage allows you to use 130 motors in a stockade/barricade without any external shell cutting. UPDATED V1.2 - I now have more than one motor gap size, it comes in the usual 43, 42.5, 42, 42.5mm. - The side towards the body now sits flush against the shell. - I have added in so small dart guides these sit pretty close to the wheels and should fit wheels up to 36mm diameter. - The shape of the wire guides have been narrowed to make printing easier. - Changed the orientation of the cage, so now its correct when opening in a slicer I have designed this with the motor shaft and screw ports filled over to allow the cage to be printed without any supports, I've found that this gives a much better finish to the inside of the motor wells, so after printing you will need to drill out the holes, the motor shaft is 6mm and the screws are 2mm. For this design to work your printer will need to be reasonably good at bridging --- version 1.0 cage information --- The cage size is 43mm When you print it rotate it so that writing is on the print bed (Fusion 360 defaulted to the wrong orientation) NOTE If you print this and sell it, put it in a build that you sell, or print it as a '3d printing service' that you charge for, please considering tipping me to help cover the costs of development and improvements.
