Base for a waveVase
thingiverse
After printing the 200mm hockey puck like base from Thingiverse's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:983438 in white, I installed some WS2812B LED's and enjoyed how they diffused the light. This design was created to conceal an Arduino nano clone, programmed with Simplify's https://github.com/Simplify/arduino-led-strip code. In future versions, a button may be added to change patterns, but for now it defaults to rainbow_cycle mode. Initially, I intended to secure the lid/bottom in place with screws, yet it fits snugly due to friction, so I'm unsure if the screw holes are sized correctly. To complete the project, I printed a rose from Thingiverse's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2075824 and placed it inside, but unfortunately, it leaned to one side.
