Today my excitement to continue working on the Bashar Space Time Antenna was triggered again (never a dull day with Bashar!). I followed the dimensions that he mentioned from several videos on YouTube, however the copper wire gauge was not specified, so I used 4mm as the maximum thickness that does not interfere (between the 2 opposing cones).Fabrication with a copper 3d printer is possible, being sure to insulate the structure before usage. Connect two leads to any two non-insulated points on the structure, and kick start it with a AC pulse (also not specified). Then resonance with the template level reality is supposed to cause the STA to output energy above unity (maybe heat or electromagnetic energy?)
