Basher RockSta Central Swing Arm

Basher RockSta Central Swing Arm

thingiverse

Did your kid decide to chuck their Basher RockSta across the room and demolished half it's suspension components? Then you need this replacement for the central swing arm. Designed from scratch using the original piece, this fits without any additional modification. This is only a replacement, and does not offer any additional performance. First, print horizontally, as this will help with strength. Nearly all of the allen screws on the sides of the RockSta will need to be removed, except for the two central bottom ones on each side. Remove the hinge bolt, and disconnect the arm from the ball. The hinge bolt should reinstall with little effort. Print deformities can occur and if so, it could become difficult to reinsert the bolt. To fix this, ream out the hole with a similar size drill bit. Use needle nose pliers to force the arm onto the receiving ball. It should "snap" into place.
