It's a barrel! It stands 25mm tall and is about 17mm in diameter. My human-sized miniatures (cultists, soldiers, gangers) can stand behind one of these barrels and gain hard cover. The average human with a basic rifle weapon aiming it in front of them nicely clears the top of the barrel. I will see about posting some pictures soon.
