Sme time ago I made a wooden toy car for my son. He loved it and played a lot with it!

But a week ago some of the wooden wheels were damaged. Since I now have a 3D Printer i thought about other solutions to put new wheels on the car.

Here is my next Plastic n Wood (n metal) maybe overengineered solution :)

Additional you need 4 608 Bearings, 4 M4 Nuts (Nyloc nuts prefered but not necessary) and 4 M4 x 30 mm Screws.

You can design your own wooden car and put some nuts into it.

If you dont have the tools or know how to do so you can also print the "Attatchment Complete" to screw the wheels under every piece of wood to make it rollin :)

If the bearings are too stiff there are plenty of tutorials on how to fix this problem. (Degrease them and reoil)

With this Set you may choose between 4 different tires. But changing the tires is very easy.

I printed mine with TPU Flexible materials. But since most of you guys use PLA I also made some for stiff filaments and tested them myself ,-)

I hope you and your kids enjoy these wheels!

So have fun and keep printin!

Tires: Print version "Flex" if you print with flexible filaments and "stiff" if you print with stiff materials :)
