I designed an adapter using the Solidworks program to use AA batteries instead of D (R20P) size batteries. Then, I brought this design to life using my Anycubic 3D printer. The adapter can be used to replace a D size battery with an AA battery. However, since the AA battery is shorter compared to D size batteries, it can be used if there is a spring in the battery compartment to compensate for this difference, or if the product requires multiple batteries connected in series, a longer version can be printed and used with aluminum foil inserted inside. https://youtu.be/IlioSWR_erY
