Battery Base For Motorised Marble Machine

These files are a remix of jasonm621's "Printable Marble Machine #1" and Alzibiff's "Motorised Marble Machine" files. I modified the base of the motorised marble machine to accommodate a "AA" battery holder and a toggle switch as seen in the photos (inspired by dmassey's "Battery Base" remix). I also modified the remixed motor mount made by Dogbert to hold the Pololu 298:1 micro gear motor (Cat #3069) without using the optional Pololu motor bracket. The battery holder can be sourced on eBay using the search words "4 X AA Battery Holder" and the switch I used can be found using the words "Mini Toggle Switch". I secured the battery holder to the battery base using two small screws and the motor just pushes into the motor mount for a snug fit (as seen in the photos). I also modified the "Helix Holder" file to remove the hole for the power plug and added a few new holes just for fun. Please visit Alzibiff's Thingiverse page for the other files and instructions needed to print the Motorized Marble Machine. Thanks to all of the makers that helped to inspire this design and thanks for looking at my contribution to Thingiverse!!! Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 30% Notes: 3 shells all the way around with 30% hex infill. I used PLA although these files could easily be made from ABS with the right settings.
