Battery Case for Razor Scooter

18650 Battery holder to convert a Razor Scooter 200 or 300 series from the lead-acid batteries to a Li-ion 18650 pack. I used a 7S3P configuration as well as 10S2P. New charger that is appropriate for the new pack is required. This is not a drop-in replacement. BMS is required to keep the battery balanced and add protections. The covers can be printed as-is or mirrored to get the opening where you need it to get the wires out. To hold the covers on I used M3 threaded inserts and pressed them in with a soldering iron. The fixture plate is for assembly of the pack. It holds the cells up at the right height so they can be connected (welded, soldered) correctly on the other side.
