Hi everybody I needed a powerful battery for my airsoft replica but the original battery housing is too small so I needed an An-Peq type case but for Ni-Mh 9.6v 8 cell batteries. This case holds a battery by keeping it slightly forceful by its shape of clamp, the battery is retained at the back by 4 studs and the cover comes to close the assembly, a window allows the passage of the cables. In the CAD I voluntarily made no hole for the screws in the rail as it fragilized it once manufactured, I advise you to drill the holes after fabrication. I drilled to 2.5mm diameter and use M3 screw This part can receive as well of batteries 9.6v as 8.4v or 7.2v which are smaller. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 or more Infill: 70% or more How I Designed This A fairly simple design to do but the most complicated was to find the good operationnal clearance, I had to do 7 different versions by removing or adding 0.1mm each time before being good on the battery and the rail
