Battery cover for canyon Nerve AL size M for the inside of the triangle instead of the bottle basket it is a prototype of my design and serves as a replacement cover cover for bafang drive 36V19AH. It consists of three parts1. basic holder with dovetail joint, printing with PETG material. It copies the frame of the bicycle and is fastened with 4 screws 2.main cover with dovetail joint, printing with PLA 3.cover cover, print with PLA, is modified for charging connector and battery start stop button, just flip it from the original battery cover I also added an upper bracket to the upper frame tube to increase the strength, just stick it there. It is necessary to take into account minor modifications for the installation of battery cells, but it will fit tightly there. I glued the side cover with acrylic sealant for the needs of battery service. Overall it's tight but it fits perfectly the damper can work without touching the cover. For installation it is necessary to remove the damper otherwise you will not put it there. Another disadvantage is the impossibility of inflating the shock absorber without dismantling it, but it is a tax that must be endured
