This thing is mainly designed to make it possible to use batteries which come with top connectors. There are two versions of the cover. Alternate-version is meant to be printed with flexible filament and it will not fit if printed with hard materials. You can use original battery cover pintle, or a M4-bolt with nut to connect the cover to the mount.
