Battery Hopper Extender

Battery Hopper Extender

prusaprinters

The AA hopper I printed a while back is starting to overflow. This extension was created from it by chopping off the bottom and allowing the ramp to extend into the top of the hopper. Some adhesive (hot glue, perhaps?) might be needed to keep the extension from sliding around (or it might prove necessary to include some locating tabs on all walls).

This is designed to print upside-down with no supports. A brim would be a good idea.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anet

Printer:

A8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.3 mm

Infill:

20%

Filament: Shaxon PLA black How I Designed This ===================

The original hopper needed fixing before OpenSCAD would allow it to be included in a difference() operation for removal of material.

Category: Organization
