These are holders that you can use when spot welding 18650, AA and AAA batteries together. I started with a 3D printed version of this: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/18650-battery-welding-fixture-18650-battery-fixed-clamp-18650-Battery-Fixture-Clamp-for-2-6-batteries/1907351540.html Then realized it was super hard to keep everything steady while pressing down on the batteries. Especially AAAs! So I created pockets and a wider base. I kept room for passing wires back and forth between Negative and Positive sides of your batteries as well. You can flip the design over and access the bottom of your batteries as well! I also put a slit on both sides and you can use small clamps to really hold things tight! Depending on how well dialed in your 3D printer is, you may have to scale up or down by 1% or less to get the perfect fit. I actually used the Horizontal Size Compensation set to -.05mm in Simplify3D to get them a little less snug then they were designed. It will depend on the batteries you are using and how thick of a wrapper they have. You may have to do some very very minor filing if you don't have good control of your seams.
