Update: Well I decided to revisit this design as my friend came back to me and asked for a better way to mount it. So after learning more CAD, I made the tray more beefier and made brackets for the tray to mount to. Friend bought a Venom 5000mah 3.5c Fat pack battery and it wouldn't fit in the built in battery trays. So he asked me to design one where he could mount in the back half of the vehicle. I will update with a picture of it mounted in the RC when I see him next.
