Battery vial with screw cap V2 (AAA, AA, C, D, 18650)

This is an entirely new version of my previous design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2501084) with the following enhancements: * The cap is now the same diameter as the main tube, making it a bit easier for carrying it in a pocket without the cap coming off. * This design uses trapezoidal threads rather than standard metric ISO threads. Not only are those easier for printing (even in ABS), but there is less weakening of the part in the grooves, allowing for thinner walls. * The three-start threads make opening/closing the vial very quick, while still providing a sufficient amount of friction when fully closed and tightened. Also, the fact that the hole extends into the lid makes centering the cap very easy. * This was designed from scratch in OpenSCAD, allowing for quick modification for different sizes (but see below). I've uploaded STLs for AAA, AA, C, D and 18650. *Note that I've only tested the AA, 18650 and 18650XL sizes so far.* OpenSCAD/customizer issues: The plan is to make this available in the Thingiverse customizer to make it easy for anyone to adapt the dimensions to their needs. However, there is still work to do. While the design works nicely in OpenSCAD's built-in optimizer, Thingiverse just hangs. Updates: * 2018-06-02: Regenerated STL files after fixing the scad source. * 2018-06-03: Updated scad source to no longer add any extra space when generating a custom size. All standard sizes use the battery spec dimensions and add 0.8mm to the inner diameter and 1mm to the inner length. * 2018-06-03: Tested 18650 size and uploaded picture. 18650 cells are supposed to be 18mm in diameter and 65.0mm length. Unfortunately, many battery manufacturers didn't get the memo. They buy unprotected 18650s and slap on the protection circuit to the end and shrink wrap it again. For those types, I've added oversized 18650XL STLs with inner dimensions of 19mm diameter by 68mm length.
