So I get that most people uses pennies to base their 1/72 figures, but I had a hard to justifying using currency. It's also a bit hard to justify paying for cut MDF. So I figured, why not just 3D print some? They turn out well, and stay flat. Not as heavy as a penny, so not as stable, but seem to work just fine with plastic figures. These are simple shapes for now, which I know 99% of you can do on your own, but I will likely try and make some more advanced ones for AT guns as I expand my 1/72 collection. Might even consider some movement trays for a section. If you have any good ideas, just shoot me a PM.
