I've got the panels for my 16-inch BB-8 robot right here! A huge shout-out goes out to Eric Boehlke, who put in the bulk of the work; all I did was scale up its dimensions to fit a 16-inch sphere perfectly. Now, keep in mind that I haven't tested this design yet, but if you're feeling adventurous, go ahead and give it a shot - just be sure to share your results!
