My buddy's got a top-notch Masport Grande BBQ, but it had some issues right off the bat. The inserts that connect the knob to the spigot started wearing down fast, so the knob just kept spinning on the spigot. When I printed out the new insert on my well-tuned machine, it fit perfectly on the Masport Grande's spigots - and probably others like it too. This redesigned insert uses a grub screw to keep it securely in place. An M3 grub screw that's 4-5mm long works best.
