BD DTX 501p spare parts

These are replacement parts I modeled and used for my Beyerdynamic DTX 501p headphones. They sound great and are comfortable, but the plastic parts just won't stop breaking, even though I always carry them in the original rigid case. There seem to be two different weak spots -- top of the semi-circle holding the can, and the joint at the bottom of the long plastic piece that holds the adjustment mechanism. Eventually, all of the original pieces broke in these places. The replacement parts should be mostly compatible with the existing hardware, so you don't need to replace what isn't broken. There is no adjustment mechanism in the upper part, however, so it may not fit bigger heads after the repair. It may be possible to adjust it in some way and rely on friction to hold it in place, but I didn't try. Even though I am at revision 5 with some parts, there may still be some print issues or room for improvements. The only part that is missing is the middle piece where L and R letters are printed (it didn't break yet). That one is also probably going to be hard to print, if it ever fails. You will also need to reuse the metal pin holding the upper and middle part together (or find a suitable replacement).
