A young beached humpback whale washed up north of Aylesford, Kings Co, Nova Scotia, Canada. Section on back was cut for blubber sample. News reports say whale was emaciated, no cause of death determined. Model built from 79 photos, taken haphazardly, was shocked to see how well it turned out.
