Bead roller dies for rolling beads to pipes with inner diameter >=24mm. Designed for bead rollers with shaft outer diameter = 22mm. Notes on making the dies: * You need a machinist to turn these out of metal. * The inner edges are of the top die are chamfered, but should be radiused, if done as one pic, will leave a sharp edge around the bead which needs to be removed manually. I will update the drawing some day. Feel free to remind me to do so. * The small holes on the side are drilled for M8 thread tap * If you go beyond aluminium pipes, it MAY be worth to harden the dies OR turn them from already hard material (tool steel)
