This is a Beam Combiner Mount for the K40 chinese 40W CO2 laser. No drilling is needed, just some glue or double sided tape. Bill of Materials: Mini 5V Red Dot Laser 650nm (6x10mm), ~2 EUR:http://www.ebay.de/itm/171925923594 Beam Combiner Optic 20x2mm, ~50 EUR:http://www.ebay.de/itm/151644437138 4 springs, I took mine from this set:https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B009T1OTBM M3 hex screws, nuts, washer M2 allen screws, nuts, washer Some glue and/or double sided tape How to make one: Print the ring (that's a bit difficult, but it works with support) Put two M3 hex screws in the ring Glue/tape the ring in the K40 laser hole Check where the CO2 beam leaves the hole (using some paper) Print the rest of the files (you probably need support for the main component) Put the combiner optic in the main thingy and use 2 M2 screws with big washers to keep it in place Put 4 M2 nuts in the main thingy Glue/tape the plate on the side with the M2 nuts Put the red dot laser in the hole Mount the red dot laser using 4 M2 screws and 4 springs Mount the whole thing on the ring and tighten the 2 M3 nuts a bit Check where the CO2 beam leaves the hole in beam combiner and adjust the position on the ring to make it leave in the center Put a piece of thermal paper on mirror 2, fire your laser and use the 4 M2 screws to adjust the position of the red dot Print Settings Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20%
