BEAR X=Axis Extruder for Mosquito Hot End

After a day of too much beer, not enough time, I figured I would solve a problem that may or may not have existed! I had previously adapted a Slice Engineering Mosquito hot end to my CR-10S and am in the slow process of building a Bear full Upgrade MK3. I saw where Chris Warkocki had "wished" for a Mosquito for his latest build and like everything else i do, I said sure it should be fairly easy. What you see here is the results of about twenty hours total of redesigning ever so slightly of the excellent work done by the Bear designer, Grégoire Saunier. As a tribute to his work and the open source nature of his designs I am putting my re-mix here for all to share. **PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS** I am still in need of a few parts in order to complete this project and get my Bear printing, and I will update this page as work progresses. Preliminary prints of the housings shows a good fit and parts for this are easily sourced from Slice Engineering for the Mosquito Hot End; https://www.sliceengineering.com/shop/the-mosquito-hotend Also available from Printed Solid is the E3d style adapter; https://www.printedsolid.com/products/groove-mount-coupling-with-tapped-holes-for-slice-engineering-mosquito-hotend (They also carry the Mosquitos for a one stop shop) Since the Mosquito sits 3mm lower than the E3d adapter, there is a spacer STL for moving the Mosquito down to the same level as the stock E3dV6. Additional hardware needed should only be longer 2.5mm socket head screws to hold the adapter and spacer together, 2.5mmx12mm should be good. Please note that either the stock Mosquito cooling fan or the stock Prusa fan can be used (i would recommend the Mosquito fan, it just works!) Now for those of you wondering, yes you will need to update Marlin to disable the fan speed sensor since the Mosquito fan has no speed sensor. I post that when i get to that point in the build. **5-8-19** Updated license to "GPL" and added Fusion360 files **ALSO PLEASE SEE THE UPDATED HOUSING FILES-added more space for the Mosquito Fan- THE SPACER IS NOW 2MM THICK- this is needed when using the E3d style adapter from Printed Solid**ADDITIONALLY, IF using a 25mm fan on the Mosquito, you will need a 5V 3pin fan if Using a MK3 Einsy Rambo main board, one sutable part # is EC2510M05CA and no need to disable fan speed sensor in firmware **5-9-19** Modified extruder body, recessed the nut further to avoid interference with Mosquito, also modded the X-carriage so a 3x10mm can be used for the lower extruder mount without interfering with the Mosquito, picture added to show before mod. **5-12-19** uploaded latest Fusion360 file with modded x-carriage
