A head of a friend in Plane Modeling in Blender. Instructions This head is modeled after a real person. The one I printed is 6.7 cm height and it took the Ultimaker 2:23 hour to print. It came out quite good. Except for the beard under the chin. Attention this model has a cube inside his head. This way less material is been used. My single extruder had no problem covering this cube as you can see on the image. Printing is in a bigger size might give problems in a single extruder machine.
