This thing is a valve that uses a bearing (or marble) as valve. Inspiration: http://www.wot.utwente.nl/publications/demo-knikkerpomp/demoknikkerpomp-v5.pdf Instructions 1) Enter correct dimensions for diameter of tube, bearing size etc. 2) Print 3) Heat up bearing in a fire and press it just a little in the hole in the bottom part. This helps to create a more smooth surface so the bearing seals the hole better. 4) Put bearing in and glue together (I used PVC glue for ABS). Notes: For a pump, the inner valve should fit smoothly in the outer valve. You can use a rubber ring to seal it off if necessary. I used: 5/8" PVC tube for inner tube 3/4" PVC tube for outer tube two 7.144 mm bearing ball PVC glue
