Beast Wars Transformer Transmetal Optimus Primal Mace/Missile

This is a toy component from Hasbro's 1996 Beast Wars line. This one is from a subsequent wave of toys that followed the 'Transmetal' shift in the story line. The Maximal transformer was named Optimus Primal and this part was both one of his hand held mace weapons and also functioned as a projectile from his cannon. I was missing one of the two maces from my Hasbro Transmetal Optimus Primal toy from childhood so I thought I'd 3D model and print a replacement. The original design credit goes to Hasbro. How I Designed This I created this model using SolidWorks 2015. I took orthographic pictures (max zoom to minimize perspective) and imported them as references using "Sketch Picture" function. Also used a caliper to measure precisely. This part was modeled after a physical object, with original design credits belonging to Hasbro. SolidWorks Model Bottom is original and top is 3D printed from model (Solutech Apple Green PLA)
