There she is! The player avatar for Monomi Park’s Slime Rancher! So many iteration to get to this point. Also, I have never worked with a normal map pipeline before, especially on a character. Learned a ton during the process of making her. In game, her face is handled via animated textures as compared to the sculpt here. Also, the in game materials are far more ‘cartoon’ looking compared to here. As much as I’m happy with the character model, I hope that my future characters in this style surpass her in every way!
