We have frequently hurt our legs with the sharp corner of our Malm IKEA bed. In the past, I have tied a tennis ball to it, but this one looks more professional. There are two STL files, one for the left and one for the right corner. I have used the soft TPU filament with 0.8 mm wall thickness to create a flexible ball. The infill setting is critical for the softness of the ball. 20% infill made the ball hard as a rock, 0% infill (empty inside) feels a little bit too soft. I have ended up with 2% infill, that gives just enough support. The last three pictures on the top of the page show the inside with 0%, 2%, and 20% infill. I will try with 0% infill, but 2 mm wall thickness to follow the design of the tennis ball. I have also included the GCODE files with 0%, 2%, and 20% infill.
