Ever burn your finger / hand moving the print bed while it's still hot ? I did, and I printed some bed handle before, but they came off a bit too easily, probably because of the doubleside tape I use don't hold well under heat. This is a remix of polysquare's and Mechman's bed handle. Like the width of polysquare's design but doesn't fit v2.1; like Mechman's handle height, but the handle is too wide. Merge them together it work, but found the mount isn't 100% secure. Merge it together with my own design which used in the cable chain mount, perfect ! You can push and pull the bed securely. This bed handle require your Di3 or MakerSelect v2.1 Y-axis plate have a square cut hole. If you don't have that square hole, this is not for you. Print, snap on and that's it. Don't need tape or screws for it to work. Having said that, I did put some doubleside tape to make it a bit more secure. Print Settings Printer: Maker Select v2.1 Supports: Yes Resolution: 20% Notes: Since the clip on part is pretty fine in detail, you'll want the detail part facing upwards. thus, print the handle up-side down and require heavy use of supports. With Cura support configration- Support type = Touching buildplate Structure type = Lines Overhang angle for support (deg) = 60 Fill amount (%) = 15 Distance X/Y (mm) = 0.7 Distance Z (mm) = 0.15
