it seems like there is a newer version of the Creality CR-10S with a solid version of the bed level knob (picture 4) I realy wanted to use this skeleton knob so i made a little adapter for it. you just have to press it into place and add a Nut on the other end (use super glue for the nut) I put a bit of grease on the end were it touches the underside of the metal frame for easier turning (Sorry for my bad English)
