I simply severed part of the entire circle, rendering support unnecessary. Kudos to AussieMaker for crafting an exceptional design; I merely took his creation apart and repurposed it. Prior to layer seven, I opted to switch filaments, thus eliminating the need for additional paint work. A higher contrast color might have been a better choice, but that's a minor point.
