I made this bed clip to use with the Velleman Vertex K8400 after upgrading it with a heated bed. The overall height of the printbed stack is increased from 8.4mm to 11.5 mm. Parts added are the heat PCB and a layer of gasket cork sheet for insulation. The cork sheet is 1.5mm and the PCB is 1.6mm. The attached PDF shows the details. The cork sheet also acts as a spacemaker for the termistor+cables. UPDATE: Added STEPs and one clip for a 3 mm alu plate to replace the 4 mm glass plate (+buildtak in both cases). Be careful when using the alu plate. Make sure the supply leads are filed flush with the PCB and cover it with a piece of polyamide tape to avoid short-circuit.
