I didn't need a cradle when I originally got my BedJet V2's, and by the time I'd moved into a bit tighter of a bedroom where a frame wouldn't fit, the V2 accessories had been discontinued. I was offered the .step file by customer support, and was given permission to share the .stl files I derived from it.

I did my best to adapt the injection mold model into something FDM friendly, including breaking the model down until the largest dimension was just under 205mm, which fits on a MK3 bed nicely. I cut some channels into the larger pieces where I ran into warping issues. The pegs have been scaled down (98% X and Y) to have a snug, but not stubborn fit when inserted into the larger pieces. I've oriented all of the models to the plate in their correct orientation.

Filament: Prusament PETG

Layer Height: 0.3mm

Layer Width: 0.5mm

Perimeters: 4

Infill: 5% gyroid, combine infill ever 10 layers, and they're plenty rigid

Supports: you may want to paint some on in the elbow of “U” shaped channels of the larger pieces, since there are only a few layers above the bridges

Brim: I added a 5mm brim to the pegs just to be safe, but probably not necessary

Post processing: just snap all 4 pieces together. You could glue them together, but the way the layer lines interlock, it's pretty stable without. You can add some felt or rubber discs for hard floors, but they do well on their own on top of carpet.

Speed: at moderate speeds of 70-90mm/s, which brought the print time for one cradle to just under 18 hours. Using stock settings, it'd be closer to 40 hours.

Each cradle comes in at just over 500g of filament, so mind your spool weight.

For the 4 color print, I just used an M600 command around 27mm to use up a few light spools.
