3D printing settings
The bees have been tested down to 60% this includes the normal flexi version, and the keychain version. At 60% scale they make really fun earrings! All the pictures above are of 100%, and 60% scale bees. I recommend printing the 60% bees at 0.16 or 0.12 layer height as that will increase surface quality. The magnet version cannot be scaled down.
I have added guides for editing the 3MF files, as well as a magnet guide.
No supports are needed for any of the versions! and as always I recommend at minimum 3 walls to ensure durability.
Please note that as fun as the little bees are when scaled down to 60% they can pose a serious choking hazard due to their size, and children under 3 should not handle these without careful supervision!
I used fish hook style for my earrings! These worked well and were quick to make up!
