Beechcraft Bonanza or Baron Glove Box Door

Over the years many Bonanza and Baron glove box doors have been cut or discarded to make room for avionics installed in the glovebox. As avionics have evolved they have gotten smaller and more powerful open making it unnecessary to install equipment in the glovebox. Unfortunately along the way the glovebox door has either been cut or discarded. Replacement doors are hard to find and expensive. This 3D printed door is a nice replacement with a large Beechcraft "B" raised on the door panel. The latch was made with a knob with an 8-32 threaded shank that goes through the door. The hole in the door needs to be drilled out to 3/32". The a 3/8" by 1" latch was made and trimmed to hold the door tight when closed. An 8-32 hole was drilled and tapped along with a 6-32 set screw to prevent it from turning on the shaft. 6-32 cap screws are used to make the stops for the latch. These holes also need to be drilled to size and tapped for the cap screws.
