This is a Beefy Glock Sight Press. It's designed to be much stronger than other printable Glock Sight Presses that I've seen. Specifically, it is strong enough to install the Truglo sights without filing down the dovetails. This design will accommodate a slide up to 27mm wide and 22mm tall. This is just for the slide, not any measurement off the Glock website. The slide plus sight can be up to 28.4mm tall. If the sight has straight sides then it can be up to 18.25mm wide. But if the sight has 45 degree angled sides then it can be 22.5mm wide. Different shapes will fit differently. Instructions There are three pieces to this that should be printed separately: Body: Print using 0.2mm layers, 1 extra shell, and 100% infill. Yes, I said 100% infill. This is going to use a lot of plastic, but it's going to be a small fraction of what you would spend on a commercial sight press. This is important for strength. Epoxy/glue in a 3/8ths inch diameter hex nut. Slide: You'll notice that the STL has this part at a 45 degree angle on the build plate. This is intentional, and reduces issues on an overhang. Print using 0.1mm layers, 1 extra shell, and 100% infill. Once printed, break off the support and file that area smooth-ish. Cut off two pieces of 1/8th inch thick x 1/2 inch wide steel bar stock and epoxy them to the ends of the slide. File/sand/coat smooth the parts of the slide that will be pressing against the sight itself. Handle: Print using 0.2mm layers, 3 extra shells, and 25% infill. Once printed, epoxy in a 3/8ths inch by 3 inch long carriage bolt. Don't use supports for any of these pieces. I suggest not using rafts, too, but that's up to you. Follow the instructions on the epoxy, and wait the required time for the epoxy to fully harden (about 24 hours for most). This glock sight press can exert a huge amount of pressure, and you don't want to prematurely break things. Enjoy and shoot straight!
