My June 2022 Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro buzzer is crazy loud, and no other models I found fit. The buzzer noise is now reduced about as much as applying two pieces of 3m vinyl wrap on top of the hole, which I had previously. So, if you have adhesive backed soft plastic anything (non-porous, like electrical tape), I would honestly just do that. I made this thing so you could find that fact out when searching for a printed solution, lol. If you don't have any thick tape/vinyl, then by all means print this. Photo shows a test without a flat side lol... because I put the successful one in already, see 3D model for flat side. --- The buzzer on this *Touchscreen* controller is about 9.18 mm wide and 5 mm tall. It sits beside a line of the upper part of injection moulded screen housing, so the design can't even be round. This design has 3 walls at 0.3333 mm path width to reach 1 mm thick, but then has a side flattened for you to fit aside the injection mould conflict of the upper housing. Check your slicer is getting that wall solid on the flat spot. The tolerance for width is forgiving, so you can orient the notch to fit under the top housing of the screen, it all gets sandwiched with no rattle.
