Beer Bottle Lock

Sharing is caring, but sometimes there's a beer you'd rather keep for yourself. This customizable bottle lock will keep your beer safe. After coming across JON-A-TRON's Beer Bottle Lock (http://www.instructables.com/id/Beer-Bottle-Lock/), I was inspired to create my own. This design prints completely assembled and without any support material to remove. You can customize the text on the top face with the latest beta version of OpenSCAD. I'm using these little padlocks (http://www.masterlock.com/personal-use/product/121T) to keep my brews safe, but any small lock with about a 11mm (7/16in) diameter shackle should work fine. These print well on my Replicator 2 with .2mm layer height and 20% infill. Bottle lock may not be effective when used with twist-off bottle caps. Instructions Just print and use a small padlock to keep your beer safe. Any small lock with about a 11mm (7/16in) diameter shackle should work fine. I printed mine on a Replicator 2 with 2mm layer height and 20%.
