My second Pinewood Derby car. Basically is a sketchup model that I modified to work within the parameters of that little block of wood. I went ahead and created this one as an 1/8" shell that goes over a companion pinewood car. Instructions SketchUp is a must if you want to build this...it has the info for the cuts for the pinewood portion of this build. I printed this with PLA, Full support and raft. Not sure that it matters about the fill, but I think I had it set at 15 or 25%. I am supplying the sketchup file, an stl and a repaired stl repaired in netfab.
