Belt Buckle

Belt Buckle

thingiverse

This is a belt buckle inspired by the Grip6 buckle. I printed it flat then bent it to give it a curve. Just place in some boiling water to soften the PLA then quickly place in on the side of a large metal pot. You can re-do it till you get the right curve. Then for the actual belt, you need one of those that is made to re-size using a lighter. Melt one end to form a flat end that blocks when you put it through one hole. I've been using mine everyday for 6 months now and still looks great. And the best part: went through customs at the airport, DIDN'T NEED TO REMOVE MY BELT!!! TSA was all like "sir you need to remove your belt" and I was like "it's plastic" and they were like "ok, then go ahead". Best day ever.
