I was fed up with having to take my GPS out of my bag or pockets at every consultation. This clip allows you to quickly attach a Garmin Etrex GPS (models 10x, 20x and 30x, I haven't tested the others) to your belt or backpack. Update: I've added a version 2 of the model, which holds more securely (but is also a little more complicated to clip on). The first one sometimes tends to unclip on impact.
