I really love <b>AlexWYYC's</b> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2175312">tensioner design</a>, so I decided to try to integrate it in Titan Aero DD carriage's belt holder. ***You'll need:*** + <u>Two M4 bolts</u> (at least 30mm long) - as in original belt holder + <u>Three M4 nuts</u> - plus one nut comparing to original belt holder ------------- ***Print settings:*** <u>Belt-Holder-Tensioner-Titan-Aero-Ali-v0.5.stl</u> 0.1...0.2mm 50...100& <u>Tensioner-Knob-Titan-Aero-Ali-.stl</u> 0.1mm 50% <u>Belt-tensioner-spring.STL</u> 0.1mm 15...30% ------------ ***UPDATE 19.02.2023 v.1.1*** No need for metal spring now! I've added Belt-tensioner-spring.stl - it holds knob in place and acts as spring (see photos). Printed it with 0.1 resolution and 15% infill. I.ve edit the description to match this version.
