The default nylon spacers are much wider than the bearing of idlers. So if turn screws tight, the idlers stop rotating wearing out the belt and creating extra force for the steppers. If keep screws loose, then idler is rotating, but the screw has big backlash, freely oscillating, therefore reducing positioning precision and badly affects print quality. Those things are replacement for those default nylons spacers, they made in the conic form, so they press only against the inner part of idlers' bearings, allowing them to rotate freely, and in the same time allowing to make screw tight enough to avoid backlash. Also small washers of the same time for the opposite side. You'll need: Total **6 pieces of 5mm spacers** and **2 pieces of 5mm washers**. Four of spacers are going on two Y-axis wheels, two on each side, as shown on the photo. And two spacers with washers are going to X-axis idlers. **2 pieces of 3mm spacers** and **2 pieces of 3mm washers**. Each pair of spacer and washer is going on idlers placed to 3mm screw at X and Y motors. They are designed for PETG, but PLA should work good. Extra gaps is added to compensate printing precision with 0.4 nozzle. So, the printed part should fit precisely. Do not owertight the screws. **100% infill is recommended**
